Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors are groups of people that give their time, energy and support to help us in our work against Domestic Abuse. They are an essential part of our work in raising awareness. There are 3 types of Ambassadors:
Community Ambassador
Ambassadors are the voice of SWA and help raise awareness of Domestic Abuse. Ambassadors play an important key role in signposting to services that specialise in Domestic Abuse – the Refuge, helplines and outreach services.
Business Ambassadors
Business Ambassadors are the voice of SWA and help raise awareness of Domestic Abuse within companies. Hundreds of male and female employees are coping with Domestic Abuse, suffering in silence and concealing it from their work colleagues.
Patron
A Patron is a high profile individual who will be able to represent the charity at awareness-raising and fundraising events. They will be able to use their network of connections to help support the work of the charity.
